RSCP Receiver Hitch Stabilizer Clamp Plate - This Clamp Plate was designed for a Receiver Hitch Cargo Carrier by Brophy, but can be used with most 2 inch, Class lll receiver hitch accessories. Use it to help stabilize hitch accessories such as bike carriers, cargo carriers, steps, etc. to help prevent damage. It is easy to use and you will need 1 inch of clearance to mount. Powder coated black finish. Please Note - This is the Clamp plate and U-bolt only! (Picture shows clamp plate, u-bolt and receiver.)
