Constructed of low carbon steel this comes with 1 clevis hook on 1 end and a latch on the other end. All types of trailers with a GVWR of over 5,000lbs and not to exceed 10,000lbs are considered Class 4 and up. 2 chains must be used per trailer. 16,200lbs Gross Vehicle Weight. Dimensions: 3/8 inch in diameter x 36 inch Long. 1 per package.
