This pan is excellent for eggs. pancakes or sausage. The classic Dutch oven base is perfect for potatoes or cobbler. Whatever you cook will come out with that one-of-a-kind cast iron oven flavor. Includes: 1 lift tool, 1 starter booklet with seasoning tips, 1 sample bread recipe, 1 desert recipe and 1 main dish recipe. This deluxe dutch oven features either a Grand Canyon National Park or a Lewis and Clark Commemorative Edition Cast Stamp on the lid. Dimensions: (Lid) 1-7/8 inch Deep x (Base) 5 inch Deep x 13-3/4 inch (Outside Base). 12 Quarts in size.
