It has outstanding flexibility, is mildew resistant, paintable, and resealable. Prevents rust on any metal surface. Adheres to steel, concrete, wood, aluminum, glass, vinyl, tile, fiberglass shingles, and other common substrates. It should not be used on traffic-bearing surfaces, polystyrene insulation sheathing or EPDM. Also, do not use in areas where food is processed or stored.
