RM305K Marine-Tex, the legendary high-strength repair compound, is designed for filling, bonding and rebuilding wood, fiberglass, ceramic, glass, metal, masonry and many plastics. Marine-Tex is a creamy paste consistency that can be applied on vertical or horizontal surfaces and easily fills gaps to rebuild damaged components. Marine-Tex paste provides waterproof repairs that can be used with fiberglass tape or cloth to bridge holes and reinforce structural repairs as needed. Handles like putty, hardens like steel and sands like wood. Non-magnetic, non-rusting and non-corrosive. Self hardening plastic metal. Repairs damaged and leaky hulls, dry rot, cracked crank cases, engine blocks, fuel tank leaks, water tanks, piping, food containers. Provides adhesive and barrier coat for mounting anodes on ships. Impervious to oil, grease, brine, detergents and other chemicals on board. Will not shatter when bumped. Unaffected by cold as low as -60 degrees F and heat as high as 300degrees F. Simple, fast and effective. Can be sanded, gtound to shape, tapped, drilled, sawed, threaded and finished with most common paints and coatings. White is recommended for fiberglass repairs and other applications where white color is important with a compressive strength of 8,000PSI. White in color. 2oz kit.
