Prodigy RF Brake Controller Trailer Mounted - This revolutionary brake control operates with an in-cab remote and mounts to your trailer tongue, making it the perfect option for fleet owners with multiple towing vehicles who do not want the expense of a brake control in every vehicle! Perfect for shared trailers. This brake control works proportionally in drive and reverse, making it great for backing into tough spots.There is no level adjustment necessary due to its unique mounting options on tongue and front of trailer, and it will adjust itself to varying terrain as you drive. The hand-held remote controls the power module on the trailer from inside the cab, allowing you the option of manual trailer braking.
Some of the benefits and features of this brake control are: Uses wireless communication between unit and trailer power module. Digital display depicts voltage delivery to trailer during braking. No under-dash wiring necessary. Plugs into standard 12Volt power accessory adapter. System runs continual diagnostics and displays fault codes in hand-held units display. Boost feature allows for different levels of customized braking. Uses standard, sealed, RV-style 7-pole connector with 8foot lead. Includes socket to accept trailer 7-pole connector. This brake control system will work on trailers with up to 3-axles (6 brakes) and requires the 7-way connector on the tow vehicle to have an active 12 Volt (hot) lead. Warranty Information: Power Module has a 15 Year Limited Warranty and Cord has a 1 Year Limited Warranty and Remote has a 5 Year Limited Warranty.
